Fortune 500 clients round out a roster that spans far beyond what a typical boutique shop would attract on its own.

Soros has attributed the growth to a narrow focus rather than a broad one. He has said his team positioned itself as an audio specialist, comparing the approach to a craftsman brought in when a job needs to be done exceptionally well rather than adequately. The company operates out of a converted garage studio on Austin’s East Side, hardly the polished corporate office the client list might suggest to an outsider.
That client list has grown alongside measurable results. Satisfaction rates at the company sit above 95 percent, and shows produced there have drawn thousands of downloads while collecting industry recognition along the way. The Portland-raised Greg Soros built his technical background at Berklee College of Music before moving into the podcasting world full time.
The referral pipeline reflects something rarer in a crowded industry: other production companies trusting a competitor with their most sensitive work.
