Saw this last night sometime during the Jeopardy! broadcast.

How much better could he have said all that? He couldn’t. And it’s just not agreeing with this two minute ad, but the plan he has as well.

Again, I don’t like to get involved in politics on my site, but this man’s possible election to this country’s highest office has become an important issue to me. And it’s not just him either. It’s my distrust of McCain as well.

My greatest distrust of McCain may tuern out to be his selection of Sarah Palin. Did you see her on CBS News? PAINFUL. (Interesting: you can find the letters of PALIN in PAINFUL.) Katie Couric hardly grilled her, but the 2nd night was even worse than the first.

One of my co-workers saved a video file of the interview and gave me a copy, but I have yet to watch it.

They are BOTH bad choices for president……. BOTH act like they have not been part of the problem, BOTH act like there hands are clean of the MESS we are in. I have little hope for this election. Skip it and maybe you can avoid jury duty in 2009!

Put your money under yout bed, save every penny you can, the recession is near………..

Dry, cool weather to lead to smaller pumpkins in Pa.

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) - This news might strike a gourd with pumpkins lovers.

Pumpkins grown in Pennsylvania are expected to be smaller in size this fall, due to dry, cool weather across the state in late July and August.

Penn State vegetable crops professor Mike Orzolek says the size difference will be especially noticeable in medium-to-large size pumpkins — those that would typically range from 18 to 25 pounds.

Orzolek says the quality of pumpkins, on the other hand, should be good to excellent, with healthy color and shape.

Pennsylvania ranks as the second-largest pumpkin grower in the country, with about 8,000 acres planted.

I love that! I really hope for the sake of your country and mine that he wins this election.
