Speech Therapy
Nigel’s speech therapy had been put on hold for a bit. The insurance through my employer doesn’t think that it is something that is necessary. My coverage through Lehigh Cement (and through three months of COBRA) thought that it was necessary. Marcia and I are looking into some other “insurance” possibilities, something that would cover most of the costs for us. Also there is another state funded and free to parents program that Nigel will be having an evaluation for soon. Either way, we are taking him to a few more sessions with his current therapist (Ms. Amy) regardless if the first funding comes through (who will also reimburse us) or not. We feel it is important.
