Over the past week or so Marcia and I found time to watch the complete first season of “30 Rock”. The sit-com stars Tina Fey, Tracy Morgan, and Alec Baldwin.

“30 Rock” is “behind the scenes” of a variety show. Fey plays Liz Lemon, the head writer for what was called “The Girlie Show”, starring Jenna Maroney (Jane Krakowski). NBC’s parent company General Electric brings in Jack Donaghy (Baldwin) as the new Vice President of East Coast Television (and Microwave Oven Programming).
