Over a year ago, I mooched a book from a fellow BookMooch member. She goes by the name of Dewey. The book I requested was listed as a hardback, but was actually a mass market paperback. I was disappointed that the book was listed wrong by mistake, however the book I received was still in excellent condition. Dewey was genuinely sorry for the mistake, not noticing the error. To make up for it, she found my Amazon Wish List and purchased one of the items from it, having it sent to me. After that, I can’t remember which, but one of us added the other to our “friends list” on the site, and the other accepted.

On Monday afternoon I finished reading “The Tooth Fairy” by Graham Joyce, his 1997 British Fantasy Award winning novel.

Much like Jonathan Carroll, Joyce’s books have been showing up in my recommendations at Amazon for a long time. And over time, I became very interested in reading some of his work, with this book being my first choice. Thanks to BookMooch, I got my hands on a copy.
