“I Am David”

Last night Marcia and I watched the movie “I Am David” starring newcomer Ben Tibber, and co-starring Jim Caviezel and Joan Plowright. This movie is based on the young adult novel “North to Freedom” by Anne Holm.

A brief synopsis thanks IMDB:

It is the story of a 12-year-old boy, David (Tibber), who escapes a Communist concentration camp (in Bulgaria) with little more than a compass, a sealed letter, a loaf of bread, and instructions to carry the letter to Denmark.
