Our friends down the street (almost literally) in Easton, Pennsylvania at the Weyerbacher Brewery like to do something absolutely wonderful with their best beers. After brewing them, instead of aging them (if needed) the usual way and bottling them up, they put them into oak bourbon casks to age. They have done this a few times, and I have been able to grab a bottle of two earlier ones.
