Edmonton Oilers 4, Carolina Hurricanes 3 - OT
(Carolina leads series 3-2)

What an exciting game this turned out to be. I was very tired (and still am since Nigel woke up at 3:30 this morning), but I wanted to make sure I saw the Cup presentation. As it was, the Oilers denied the ‘Canes the glory at home.

The Oilers scored only 16 second into the game. Ten minutes later, the ‘Canes had scored twice (both on the power play) and were up 2-1. Before the period was over, the Oilers were back on top 3-2, scoring the third with just 16 seconds left in the period.

A very complex taste. A bit too hoppy for my tastes. But, I totally understand beer aficionados’ love of it.
