Scooter Chronicles

Marcia and I have been neglecting what is known as “tummy time” with Nigel. That’s when you turn your child over on his/her tummy to teach them how to lift their head and turn over and help build up their strength. Well, Nigel starting holding his head up much earlier then expected, so we kept forgetting. Recently Marcia has been making a point of doing tummy time. This afternoon, while at my Mother-In-Law’s (we were putting in the air conditioners and bathing Molson) Nigel turned over four times on his own.

David and Catherine hosted Pizza Night last night. It was entertaining as usual. One disappointing thing though was not playing a new game that Catherine and Marcia invented. “Conquistador or Spanish Painter?” I really don’t know how we were going to score it, or even what their ideas were of working it, but it sounded fun. It also sounded better then another prominent game that is similar. “Alive, Dead, or Canadian?”

Nigel was really good yesterday at Pizza Night. He slept on their bed for over and hour without any problems. Mostly that was due to my Mother-In-Law walking him around. She has a magic touch. The only issue we had was that Nigel spit up at one point. What made it bad was that...
