We had our first real Barbeque of the season. Marcia, Nigel, and I invited David and Catherine over for dinner last night. We had burgers and chicken, both prepared by David. Had a problem with the fire though. I forgot to open up the bottom vent, so the fire nearly extinguished. It did help me in not burning the outside of the burgers. However, a few of them were still rather rare in the middle. We popped those into the microwave for a couple of minutes. But they were very good.
Also tried something new yesterday. A single malt Scotch. I have a few bottles of Scotch, and most of them are unopened and blends. I tried one of them about 8 years ago and didn’t like it. But one of the bottles was this single malt that...
