Poor Blackhawks’ Fans
Even with teams like the St. Louis Blues, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Washington Capitals doing worse, the Chicago Blackhawks continue to be the butt of most hockey jokes. It continued with Terry Frei’s ARTICLE today. It is an interesting and humorous look at the idea of having one game to decide the winner of the Stanley Cup ala the Super Bowl.

Nigel’s crying has gotten better in the last couple of days, just after POSTING about it. Marcia was wondering if there was a problem with her breast feeding him and then us giving him a bottle of formula to supplement or during his night feedings. So we have totally given in to just the bottle with formula and he has responded really well to it. The last two days he has been sleeping really well, and going to sleep soon after feeding, especially at night. He has not been spitting up much at all. And when he is awake, he seems to be pretty content.
Of course I have probably just jinxed us by saying this.

So it seems now that ESPN has pulled the article I posted YESTERDAY regarding the Red Wings’ jersey changes. Some at the forum think it was leaked, because as they mention, there is nothing on the Red Wings’ site, or the Free Press or News sites.
But here is another addition to what is quickly becoming the “jersey debacle.” In Bob MacKenzie’s column TODAY (from TSN) he mentions that the idea behind the form-fitting jersey by Reebok (RBK for hockey) is to have the jerseys tucked into the pants!
