Nigel continues to have some rather bad days. We have upped the dose of Zantac per her pediatrician’s advice to three times a day. It doesn’t seem to help too much. The biggest problem is after he spits up. He starts wailing. It’s obvious that it is a leading cause of the distress linked to the acid reflux. Sometimes he doesn’t even want to eat after spitting up, even if it has been hours since his last feeding and he is only an ounce or two into that feeding.

Marcia had a really tough day yesterday. His crying was getting to be too much. Problem was that she had to go to a doctor’s appointment in Bethlehem and stop somewhere for formula. I got rather lucky after work. He was up for about two...
