Yesterday afternoon Marcia was getting some signs that Nigel may have been coming into the world. She was having contractions, but they were 20 minutes apart. After I came home early from work, they were about 7 minutes apart. Then they stopped. She was on the phone back and forth with her doctor’s office, and after they started up again, he informed her to go to the hospital.
On the way there she was getting contractions again, and they were 5 minutes apart. We were beginning to really think that this was it. The only thing was that the contractions weren’t that painful.
