Well, there really isn’t too much to update everyone about. Marcia’s doctor wants to wait until next week to make a decision on when to induce. It is rather obvious that if everything continues the way it is going with her gestational diabetes and Nigel’s growth and health, that it would be sometime during the week after Thanksgiving.

Obviously Marcia is getting anxious. We both can’t wait for that day to come, but her more so. Being 9 months pregnant ain’t no picnic (which I can only imagine, and still probably can’t fully). Fortunately some of her pain has been going away, because Nigel has dropped to the “I’m ready to come out” position, therefore taking away the pressure...

Four losses in a row now. Yikes! And they lost to the Blues! Double yikes!

OK, so I think the Blues are underachieving, but still. It was only their fourth win of the season. On the other hand, the Blues were coming off a shutout of the Columbus Blue Jackets, and now are actually on a winning streak after losing the eleven games before that. Still, the Wings looked flat again.

Last night it was the Flyers’ turn to lose 6-5 in OT. But they did the opposite of the Wings. The Flyers were down 3-1 going into the second period, then scored four to go up 5-3 heading into the third. Then in the last three minutes of the game, with the fifth goal coming with seven seconds left, the Thrashers scored twice to tie.
