Quiz time! Does anyone know the reference I am making in the post title? And no, I am not talking about the fact that Marcia and I are naming our son Nigel.

Getting excited about this evening. Marcia and I plan on going to Babies ‘R Us and purchasing some of the other major items we need for Nigel. Like a crib, and a dresser, and a changing table, and a rocking chair. Well, you get the point.

Anyway, I am looking forward to getting the room ready for him. I want to be prepared at least in the departments that one can prepare ahead of time. I know that first time parents are never truly prepared mentally and physically before that child is born. But I am pretty damned excited!

Watched a little bit of hockey last night. Not whole games, but good portions of a few.

Devils 4, Panthers 3
The Devils stopped their skid. Boy were they looking terrible. Martin Brodeur was looking nothing like the best goalie in the league. But they finally got things rolling. Of course they beat the Panthers, so it’s not like they beat much of anyone.
