From what I saw of this, they have a ways to go before getting up into the big leagues. There were a few pluses with the pre-game and post-game shows. Having Bill Clement and Keith Jones were good. But they also had Neil Smith. In my mind, not only was he an overrated GM, but he is not very graceful in front of the camera. Plus they have Clement leading the show. I think they need someone that is in the broadcasting business, like when NHL2Night had John Buccigross.

The game itself looked like local Flyers coverage. And sometimes it appeared that the camerapersons had a hard time following the puck. The team of Sam Rosen and John Davidson was good though. JD...

So Marcia and I got new phones. And for a very discounted price. : )

What happened was that Marcia was in Radio Shack a couple of days ago. I called her on the cell phone and the guy behind the counter noticed how old her phone was. He said that we could get new phones for free with Sprint’s upgrade program. We were skeptical, but went to check it out last night. Sure enough, Sprint gives it’s customers $150 towards a new phone every 18 to 24 months. We were 5 years behind, having our phones now for almost 7 years. So we found a couple we liked, and it only cost us $50 total.
