Almost forgot. Today’s the first day of fall!!
Sorry to all you fans of summer, but I am glad. I just can’t take too much of the heat and humidity of summer. And it is not like I am in a big hurry to get to winter. I wish it could be fall weather all year round, with the occasional day in the high 70’s / low 80’s.

Although I love summer (because that’s when my birthday takes place) I have a special place in my heart for October. There’s the baseball playoffs, football (both American and English/European) is in full swing, and hockey is just getting started. Oh, what a time of year to be a sports fan!
Oh, and the weather’s pretty nice too…
