Our night out at the Lynchburg Hillcats game was quite nice. Before we did, my Uncle Steve’s friend Dave stopped by. Dave has a very similar taste in music that I do, and he brews his own beer (usually Belgian kits). We all had dinner before leaving for the game, and we opened one of Dave’s Tripels, a Dubbel, and his recent Saison. The Dubbel was very good, the Tripel was great, and the Saison was excellent. The beer went along with the Italian sausage and a rice and veggie dish my Uncle whipped up (which included zucchini and eggplant).
