Busch Gardens yesterday was fun. Hot and humid, but fun. Das Fest Haus, as always, was great. And we gave in and did the Bud Beer School again. They introduced a new beer called “B to the E”, as in B with the exponent of E (you remember algebra, don’t you?). It smelled good, like a fruit lambic or a nice fruity summer ale. Tasted like soda though. Not good.
Today we are in Lynchburg with my Uncle Steve and Aunt Ann. The drive in was very nice, especially taking route US-29. We have just be lounging around, catching up. Tonight we head out to the Lynchburg Hillcats ball game. They are the Pittsburgh Pirates’ Single A affiliate. Should be fun, as Uncle Steve knows a few people in the organization,...
