Marcia and I had David, Catherine, and Lyric over for dinner last night. This evolved from David having time to put in the new motherboard. It only took him about 20 minutes, compared to the 45 to 60 that he originally estimated. But it didn’t fix the problem. It appears to be the processor. So another call to TigerDirect must be made. Hopefully the turn around won’t take as long this time.
We headed over to Pinball Parlour after. We met up with Andy and Yvonne. Had a good time as usual. And played rather well on some of the pinball games. The driving game (they have video games, too) that Marcia and I usually dual with was another story. After the games, we made the trek to Freddy’s to get ice cream. So even with the continuing computer problems, it turned out to be a very good night.
