Been on a kick lately, listening to the same artists in different forms. That is Rush, along with Alex Lifeson’s and Geddy Lee’s solo albums.

Alex Lifeson – “Victor”

I think it was released as the “band/project” named Victor, but basically it is guitarist Alex Lifeson’s only (so far) solo album. Recorded in his basement studio in 1996 when the band took an 18 month break. Guest musicians include; Edwin (no last name), singer of I Mother Earth; Les Claypool, bassist and singer of Primus; Lisa Dalbello who sings on the third song of the album (and sounds like Geddy’s early days); and...
