We have had a lot of people walk through now since the place went up for sale. Yesterday’s single appointment morphed into three. So now that makes a total of 8 different buyers that have come by the last three days.
Our realtor called yesterday to let us know what people have been saying so far. Everyone seems to like the place. But most are just starting the looking process, so it could be a bit before any make their way back, if they are that interested. And we were told that one woman REALLY liked the place, but she would not be ready to move until late May or early June. I am hoping that someone else buys the place before then.
