Was a bit of a busy weekend. Here’s the breakdown …….

Selling the House (Condo)
The place went on the market Friday morning. By noon on Friday, we were told that two potential buyers wanted to look at the place on Saturday. It seemed like a good start to me. The last house I sold, it took 5 days before anyone showed up to look at it. (Of course that couple gave me an offer the following day and eventually bought the place from me.) But by the time the weekend was done, we had 5 buyers come through! And we have another coming tonight!! Now if only one of them would make an offer soon. : )
