The women’s number one player in the World, Justine Henin-Hardenne of Belgium, took home the Gold medal earlier today in Athens. Henin-Hardenne, winner of three Grand Slams thusfar in her career, joined some of the games other greats (Graf, Capriati, Davenport, and Venus Williams) in capturing Olympic Gold. She defeated Amelie Mauresmo of France, currently ranked second in the world, in straight sets (6-3, 6-3).

Alicia Molik of Australia (currently ranked 23rd) defeated this year’s French Open champion and current world number three, Anastasia Myskina of Russia 6-3, 6-4 for the Bronze medal.

I not only have the domain name, but I have a hosting package, and the domain resolving. So I am all set. Well ………. not really. My friend and technical advisor David is away in DC this weekend. He can work via a wireless internet connection. He sent me an email saying that I could start setting up shop. Problem is that the info he gave, I still can’t figure out how to do it. So I will wait a bit longer to use his help. Besides, it’s a bit too late to be bothering with it right now.

Marcia and I just got done watching the movie “Big Fish”, starring Ewan MacGregor and Albert Finney. Interesting thing is that they play the same character.

The basis of the story is a guy that has been telling his son stories for years. His son (Billy Crudrup) over the years starts to realize that they can’t be true. Now his father is dying, and he starts to talk to him and face the facts.
It’s a good movie. A great one to rent. But I am kind of glad I didn’t see it in the theater. Of course with a $8.00 price tag for a ticket, it’s tough to see anything. But from the trailers I saw, I expected more from it...
